APPETIZERS

Chili Cheese Fries- Topped with Texas style chili or green or red chile sauce, grated cheese and jalapeno slices.

Fried Mushrooms- Button mushrooms dipped in our own tempura batter and deep fried. Served with ranch or bleu cheese dressing.

Nachos – Crispy fried tortilla chips topped with cheddar cheese sauce and sliced jalapeno.

Chips & Salsa – Crispy fried tortilla chips served with our own house recipe salsa or queso.

Dill Pickles- Crispy sliced dill pickles dipped in tempura batter and deep fried. Served with bleu cheese or ranch dressing.

Jalapeno Poppers- Deep fried jalapeno stuffed with cheddar cheese. Served with ranch dressing (6).

Loaded Potato Wedges- Deep fried potato wedges topped with sour cream, grated cheese, bacon bits and chopped green onions.

Quesadilla – Cheddar and jack cheese grilled in a flour tortilla  Add veggies, chicken or beef.

SOUPS, SALADS & STEW

Soup of the Day – Ask your server for today’s special soup of the day. Served with assorted crackers Cup or Bowl.

Caribbean Chicken Salad- Bed of leafy greens topped with marinated grilled chicken breast and a variety of fruit. Served with sesame ginger dressing and a hot roll.

Calamity Jane’s House Salad-Loaded with julienned carrots, cucumbers, jicama, red onion, grape tomatoes, fresh mushrooms on a bed of lettuces topped with garlic croutons.

Our Cobb Salad – Bed of greens topped with rows of tomato, guacamole, ham or turkey, chopped boiled eggs, grated cheese and corn relish. Choice of dressing. Served with hot roll.

HAMBURGERS

Served with potato chips.

Burger patty hand made fresh daily and charbroiled to perfection

Old Fashioned Burger- Grilled juicy six ounce patty served with all the toppings-lettuce, purple onion, tomato, pickle on our home baked Kaiser roll. Cheese by request.

Mushroom Onion Swiss Burger-Grilled six ounce patty topped with grilled onions, sauteed mushrooms and melted swiss cheese on our home baked kaiser roll.

Green Chile Cheeseburger-Grilled six ounce patty served on our home baked Kaiser roll with choice of cheese and roasted green chile.

SANDWICHES

BBQ Sandwich – Your choice of sliced brisket, sausage or pulled pork on a Kaiser roll with our own recipe Knob Creek bourbon BBQ sauce, onions and pickle.

Reuben Sandwich – Pastrami, sauerkraut and swiss cheese served on rye bread with our house thousand island dressing.

Chicken Fried Steak Sandwich- Our hand battered chicken fried steak on a Kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickle.

Grilled Chicken Breast – Grilled marinated breast served on a Kaiser roll with lettuce, tomato, pickle and onion.

NEW MEXICAN

Served with Fresh Tortilla Chips & Homemade Salsa 

Enchilada Plate- Three rolled beef, chicken or cheese enchiladas smothered in homemade green or red chile sauce and Cheddar and monterey jack cheeses. Served with New Mexican Style Beans or Posole.

Nachos Grande- Freshly made crisp tortilla chips smothered with seasoned beef or chicken, jalapeno peppers, blended cheddar and monterey jack cheese, fresh tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole.

Burrito- Beef or chicken and beans served in a large flour tortilla and smothered with homemade red or green chile sauce and a blend of cheddar and monterey jack cheeses.

Taco Plate – Three beef or chicken tacos served with New Mexico style beans and taco sauce.

Taco Salad – Crispy fried flour tortilla shell with bed of greens topped with chicken or beef, beans, cheese, onions, tomatoes, dollop of sour cream and guacamole.

DINNER FAVORITES

Served with Salad or Soup, Potato, Vegetable of the Day & Hot Rolls Served from 5:00 p.m. to closing

Chicken Fried Steak- Our delicious eight ounce tenderized filet hand dipped and breaded then fried to a perfect golden brown. Topped with cream gravy.

BBQ Sliced Brisket, Sausage or Pulled Pork Plate- Served with our own house Knob Creek Bourbon BBQ sauce.

Rib Eye Steak- Char-broiled Angus Rib Eye Beef hand butchered in house – 8 -10 ounces or 14-16 ounces.

Chopped Steak- Seasoned eight ounce ground beefsteak topped with grilled onions, mushrooms and brown gravy.
